What does blog anniversary means to you? Without a doubt, it is four years ago today.
I unconditionally faced my apprehension and disquietude.
Secondly I hit the published key and my first blog post entered the streams of humanity. Unalike I had the same awareness anyone else would have ahead of giving a public presentation.
Therefore I am celebrating my blog anniversary today! As far as I am concerned it’s been four years of focus and hard work. It’s been a roller coaster but the journey has been amazing.
Furthermore, after my blog was launched I never thought of what it was going to achieve. I did not foresee such becoming what it is today. And through those four years, I have ventured into the untold width and depth of afar. And meeting with my blog anniversary I have learned a lot about blogging.
- I have met other bloggers.
- And I have absorbed some html coding
- However I kept posting regularly
- I’ve created my own name and made social media
- And most essentially, I have built my writing skills.
But today the pictures are featuring a reminder of things that happened and of places I have been and shared with you in the past four years.
Seemingly, lots of bloggers quit even before they reach their first blog anniversary. On top of it I am trying to believe I have blogged for four years. And likewise the years’ run so fast but time does fly when you are having fun.
My embryonic reckoning
I feel wonderful for the progress I have made thus far. When I began blogging I only wanted to share everything of my wandering lifestyle. And not only this, but also work, recipes and flower arrangements, and the little things that take time to notice. Whether or not I can make it in an extremely flooded and ambitious emporium, I am going to continue the way.
Furthermore I feel happy that I have finally moved from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. And besides I have a new host with a feminine blog. It is a tremendous achievement for me and my blog so far. In my opinion it is one important goal I have fulfilled. However four years down the line I looked back with a satisfying whisper of panorama and wisdom. With the existence of blogging, writing openly has been one of the best decisions of my womanhood. Even though I still have a lot to learn, it is while learning that we celebrate a blog anniversary. And reminds us that we have gained more experiences for a year.
Honestly, I am not an author or a writer by profession. To no surprise I’ve improved greatly as a blog writer. Genuinely that is why I started on this pavé in the first place – for the fondness of writing and the art that it is. We all have talents. But we don’t realise it until we exercise it then we become aware of the gifts that we possess within.
I may not have the best grammar but I can make a spelling error. My followers have always read my posts and wrote interesting comments. And that has pushed me to believe they are not expecting a perfectly edited post, it is more about the content.
My new blog reminds me that I have ideas worth expressing. And experiences worth sharing, and creative field worth exploiting. With all thing considered I sense that this blog is a channel where I can share my will. Although in such case I can connect not only to those who loves to write but also creative women. Such as the people who shares the same passion as myself in creating the flavours for interior decorating through fabrics. I have found out it is so exceptional to associate with other female bloggers around the world who walks the same walks of life as I do. To me my blog is like a journal, a diary and a memoire all in one. It is one of the most influential ways to course and orbit my journey of existence.
Thank you to all who have followed me and have left your marks at my blog in the past four years. Without you it wouldn’t be what it is today. I appreciated your visit and it’s been great meeting you. And I hope you will come back for a return visit.
Yes, it’s been four years! 365 X 4 – So special! Happy blog anniversary to myself!
I finally have realised a big part of my blogging dreams, I have achieved it.
Cheers to the fifth year!
